The waiting is a torment, but I always keep in touch. When I asked again, I learned that the client was doing import business for the first time and was not very familiar with import, so these problems were naturally transformed into problems that I wanted to solve. However, I don't know much about these things, and I only have a sense of sympathy.
Details impress customers to win the turning point
Everything is difficult at the beginning, and it is hard to get in touch with the customer again. I must seize the opportunity and lay a good foundation for the customer's first experience of importing. Therefore, we have discussed for a long time on some details, such as tariffs, value of goods, time limit, and even the details of invoices. In the back and forth emails, we became more familiar with each other. For my patience and persistence, the customer also expressed his gratitude and trust in words. I also greatly appreciate this friendly, kind and polite customer. , eventually reaching an agreement and talking about payment.
Just when I thought everything was going well, there was no news from the client.

It turned out to be a problem with the payment method. I asked my colleagues, and the manager even asked for help from Spanish friends with rich experience in the company. Finally, I gave some feasible solutions and suggestions to the customer. During this period, we have always maintained close contact and exchanged progress. After much patient communication, the matter was finally resolved. At the same time, I have grown step by step in the communication with customers.

Although the order was quite turbulent for a while, it was shipped smoothly. After that, I deeply realized that we should encourage customers to take the first step, and at the same time support customers as much as we can. To help customers is to help ourselves.
Now I have pressure and motivation.
