I still have no regrets for this choice I made at the beginning. Since I have chosen this path, I have to go through wind and rain and devote all my heart and effort to do it well.
In 2007, with a little excitement, a little longing, and more ignorance, I entered Shennanwei and engaged in business sales. Recalling that when I faced customers at the beginning, I was full of shyness, timidity and fear. Through contacting customers every day, I gradually understood: only by abandoning the fear in my heart, learning continuously, summing up experience, and building self-confidence, can I be qualified for this job. To continue on this path.
However, how cruel the competition in the market is, how difficult it is to win the trust and recognition of customers in this increasingly fierce competition today. It's not terrible to be tired, what's terrible is the tired heart after hitting a wall everywhere. After hitting a wall, I comforted the indifference I encountered time and time again. People's hearts are long, and sincerity is as good as gold and stone, if you fail once, you can go to the second time until you succeed; you must be patient, explain the customer's understanding once and for all, I can say the second or third time, as long as the customer If I need it, I can't be stingy with my words; in addition, I must have the measure to accommodate grievances. If the customer's attitude is not good, I still have to be patient and humble; when the customer needs it, I will arrive as quickly as possible. Handle relevant issues in a timely manner. In my daily work, I not only have to work hard on my own, but also learn humbly from experienced employees. Many of their work experience and skills are worth learning from. Realize self-transformation.
How can we see a rainbow without going through wind and rain? Years of sales have allowed me to know many customers of different ages and life backgrounds. To create a kind of trust in customers is to win a value and a respect. In a complex society, people are eager for sincerity, so treating customers is no longer just a money relationship, and more often, what customers buy is a kind of trust. Looking forward to the future, the road ahead is long, and I will search up and down. During this search, I have added a kind of calmness and self-confidence.
Now I am full of confidence in myself, and even more confident in Shennanwei's products. I will go further and further on this road with my team, and the better we go.
