  • MY9168 is a 16-bit high-precision constant current LED driver chip that can work at 3.3 volts and 5 volts. The chip can provide 16 open-drain constant current sinks with a maximum withstand voltage of 16 volts, and an external power bank can set the current output. MY9168 can provide 30MHz clock input to enable wide-range dimming of LEDs. MY9168 uses a 4-wire serial input interface, a 16-bit shift register, and a 16-bit discovery latch. The serial input interface allows the microcontroller to control the constant current output port with four inputs (DI, DCK, LAT and ENB) and data out (DO). DO enables multiple drives to be operated in series. The built-in ghost image elimination function can improve the image performance of the scanning screen.
     
    MY9168 simplifies the passive components required by the circuit board and provides a current output accuracy of ±1.0% (typical value) between channels and between chips. Features also include a stable current output capability of ±0.1% under output voltage changes and a 30ns fast current output transient response. MY9168 provides 24-pin SOP/SSOP/QFN package types to suit different application requirements and can work in an external environment from -40℃ to +85℃.
