Diligent thinking means thinking over and over every word the customer says when talking with the customer.
When we negotiate with customers, we must think over every word the customer says, and carefully weigh the customer's body language and facial expressions. Only by mastering enough basic customer information, and then sorting out a clear context, grasping the central point of the problem, and making sufficient preparations for quotation, can we negotiate with the customer in one fell swoop.
Diligence in thinking means not being discouraged and being good at summing up problems when encountering a failure in negotiating orders.
As a salesperson, failure to negotiate orders is commonplace, and we should not take it for granted. Sometimes when talking with customers, it is obvious that customers like the company's products very much, and we also have an advantage in terms of price, but customers just don't place orders for a long time. Do we think over and over afterwards: Is it because customers are still comparing products from other manufacturers, or is there a loophole in the existing system, method and logic?
