Within our Shennan Micro, the ability of each employee varies from person to person. We do not require each employee to make amazing performances, but we require each employee to be persistent in what they do, and to make themselves productive every day. The gains are either business skills or social skills. No matter which aspect, as long as we persevere every day, we will gain something, make progress, and improve every day, even if it is only a little bit, our days in the company will not be in vain. In fact, the meaning of life is not like this. In this process, we constantly check ourselves, correct ourselves, and improve ourselves.
Although in our company, the lives of most employees are destined to be ordinary, we cannot become mediocre because of being ordinary. Not to mention being mediocre, giving up on yourself, or even stagnating, just dawdling around doing nothing every day because of mediocrity. Everything we do may not necessarily give us something, but doing this thing itself will bring us enrichment and spiritual pleasure, not to mention that to some extent, failure is also a kind of Harvesting, just depends on how we treat ourselves.
no one is perfect. Each of our employees, including myself, has our own deficiencies. We only need to review and take stock of ourselves every week, give ourselves an evaluation, see what we have deficiencies, and see what we have gained. See what else you should do. As long as we insist on doing this every week, we will definitely make ourselves continue to improve. There is no need to expect anything extravagantly. Improvement itself is the greatest happiness and the greatest income.
The pursuit, value and meaning of life for each of our employees is ultimately to let themselves have something to gain every day. For example, it is to complete a task assigned by the leader, to help the leader solve a problem, or to complete a task at work, or to learn a skill that one did not know before, or to realize some social skills. Philosophy, or to provide a help within one's ability to others ... every day, more or less, big or small, tangible or intangible, doing things that are self-interested, altruistic, and beneficial to the company. All in all, we require our employees to gain something every day, make progress every day, have a sense of fulfillment and accomplishment every day, and be spiritually happy every day, so that our employees can realize the meaning of work and the value of their own lives.
I encourage my employees to set up grand aspirations and pursue lofty goals, but we should also understand: a tree that embraces a tree is born at the end of a hair; We are all eager to achieve something by ourselves, but the road to success is long and tortuous, requiring us to forge ahead step by step without slacking off or letting go. We need to persevere every day and strive for a little gain every day. Don't underestimate these insignificant gains. As time goes by and the years change, little will become more, and each of our employees will be quietly enhanced. Power continues in silence, quality improves in migration, and realizes the leap from quantitative change to qualitative change, and our goals will come naturally, and will come naturally.
A little harvest every day is easy to say and simple to do. Just ask each of our employees, who can really do it? The most critical core of this is the perseverance and resilience of each of our employees. We must force ourselves to gain something every day, and we must not be slack in ourselves, let alone "forgiving" ourselves, so that gaining something every day becomes a habit of our lives.
"If you don't accumulate silicon steps, you can't reach thousands of miles; if you don't accumulate small streams, you can't form rivers." My requirements for our employees are very simple, that is, they can do every little thing well, so that they can gain a little every day. One day, they will gain themselves and their lives.
