In November, Shenzhen is sunny, breezy, and the climate is pleasant. Shennan Microelectronics held the second employee team quality development training in Bijiashan Park on the morning of November 15, 2014 .

This expansion activity was planned and organized by our company's employees. Before the game, two employees were elected as the referees of this activity and solemnly swore to make a fair and just ruling for everyone. The entire team was divided into four teams and competed fiercely in the two major events of "Run-Brother" and "Everyone Collect Firewood and Flame High".

The activities were carried out in an orderly manner in the expectation of everyone. After radio gymnastics, radish squats and warm-up activities for taking water from Longtan, everyone's enthusiasm was fully mobilized. The competition officially started. The project "Run-Brother" is not only a treasure hunt, but also a collision of speed and passion. Under the fierce running, cheerful laughter and resourceful competition, each team member found the hidden treasures in various places according to the information given on the map, and successfully completed the activity. The competition has entered a climax stage. The project "Everyone collects firewood and high flames" is not only a physical competition, but also a skill competition. This project is divided into four subjects. With the aid of outdoor fitness equipment, each team member chooses his own superior subjects. Through the relay between the team members, the more test is the collaborative combat ability of team members.

Through this outreach training, everyone can get close to nature, release pressure, and gain physical and mental pleasure after stressful work, and let everyone deeply experience the essence of "team, collaboration, and trust" during the activity. The company's subsequent corporate culture construction has laid a solid foundation.
